Caring for your toothpaste 

Does your toothpaste contain Fluoride?

No, there is no fluoride in our products. We use a naturally occurring mineral called Hydroxyapatite to remineralise and protect your teeth.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes! As there is no fluoride, it is perfectly safe and suitable for all ages.

Is your toothpaste suitable for sensitive teeth?

Yes – in fact, Hydroxyapatite can reduce sensitivity.

How long should my toothpaste last me?

It is recommended that you use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to brush twice a day. With this recommendation, one tube should last one person 6-8 weeks.

Do you have the use the toothpaste by a certain date?

You should use the toothpaste within 12 months of opening the tube.

Does it foam?

Dimples does not foam as much as regular toothpaste as we do not use any harsh chemicals or SLS.

Where can I buy Dimples from?

You can buy direct from our website, through Amazon, or online at Healf. We are also sold by independent retailers and are readily available through a distributor – so if you have a shop in mind, just ask them to source us for you!

What happens if I purchased my Dimples from a shop but is faulty?

Please return it to the shop which you bought it from, and they can organise a refund or replacement for you.


When does my subscription payment go out?

Your subscription payment will be taken from your account on the day your order is dispatched.

Do I need to set up a direct debit?

As you purchase our products on a subscription, you will be asked for your details for us to be able to set up a direct debit. You do not need to do anything else

Subscription / Accounts

Why does it say I don’t have an account?

The accounts are not automatically set up when you subscribe. To access your subscription or amend address details, change the frequency or change a subscription preferences, you will need to create an account via our website using the email linked to your subscription.

How do I change my bank details?

You can update your payment details through your account.

Can I connect with an actual person about my subscription?

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I get a refund on my products?

We have a full refund policy which you can read through, however sometimes it is great just having someone at the end of a line so please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

My products have arrived faulty, can I get a refund?

We don’t like faulty products any more than you do. However, if the toothpaste arrives burst or opened, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will help you to resolve the issue.
Please do not return faulty items before getting in touch with our customer service team or your issue may not be resolved, and no refund will be available to you.

Cancellation Policy

We have a full cancellation policy which you access for full T&Cs’.
If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel (and therefore any subsequent orders) at any time. However, once an order has been placed in our system and payment completed, we are unable to process a cancellation on that specific order, even if you cancel your subscription.
