These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website.

We sell products to both consumers and businesses. Certain rights and obligations under these Terms apply differently depending on whether you are purchasing as a consumer or as a business customer.
Consumer and Business Customers
A consumer is an individual purchasing goods wholly or mainly for personal use.
A business customer is purchasing goods wholly or mainly for use in connection with their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Where these Terms refer to rights that apply only to consumers, those rights do not apply to business customers.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
– You are at least 18 years old
– You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
– Where you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business
Products
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at the time they are published.
Minor variations in colour or packaging do not constitute a fault.
Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues).
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
Ownership transfers once full payment is received. Risk passes when goods come into your physical possession (or, for business customers, on delivery to the address provided).
Right to Cancel (Consumer Customers Only)
Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, with a further 14 days to return the goods.
Business customers do not have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returns and Hygiene Policy
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty, in line with UK regulations for sealed hygiene goods.
Faulty Goods
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Consumers may reject faulty goods within 30 days or request repair/replacement within 6 months.
Business customers’ rights are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Promotions
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Dimples Oral Care Ltd and may not be used without permission.
Liability
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
For business customers, liability is limited to the value of the order.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
