Refund and Returns Policy


Dimples Oral Care Ltd offers a money back guarantee on all unused and unopened product returned within 14 days of the date of invoice (the “Guarantee Period”).

This return policy shall be applicable solely to Dimples Oral Care Ltd products purchased directly from Dimples Oral Care Ltd by a consumer, and in no way shall apply to any products received by a consumer through any commercial or 3rd party online retailer.

Prior to returning product, a valid Return Authorisation Number (“R.A. #”) must be obtained within the Guarantee Period by contacting the Dimples Oral Care Ltd Customer Support Team at [email protected].

Unfortunately, no return will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorisation Number. After obtaining a Return Authorisation Number from the Customer Service Desk, the product must be returned, with the Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the product, to:

Dimples Oral Care Ltd will not accept any product that is damaged or used and no refund will be made for the costs of the initial shipping of the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Dimples Oral Care Ltd products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 31 days. We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.
