Delivery Policy

We deliver our products using the following providers:

Our shipping fees are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.00

Royal Mail Tracker 48 – £3.90

Orders over £15 qualify for free shipping and may be dispatched with Royal Mail or DPD.

Please note that we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment, with the exception of sale and special promotion periods/items where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are a guide only, and commence from the time of dispatch. Please note that Dimples is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the shipping destination.

If an order is returned to us from the courier after an unsuccessful delivery, a second delivery fee may be requested to send the item out again. Please ensure all details inputted with the order are up to date to reduce the risk of this happening, and that a phone number and email address is inputted for our courier to contact you if required.

Important Information
Orders cannot be re-directed once they have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorisation.

Insurance
All items shipped are insured by Dimples until dispatch of the order from our warehouse. When in transit, the order is insured by the courier until it is delivered to the nominated delivery address. In using us you accept that an order is considered delivered when it has been signed for at the delivery address.

Taxes & Duties
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated and included in all orders to UK.
